Over 100 Kazakhstani tourists departed on the "Jibek Joly" tourist train

Over 100 passengers departed from Almaty today on the "Jibek Joly" tourist train, traveling from Almaty to Turkestan to Tashkent to Samarkand to Bukhara to Almaty.
The tour will last 5 days.
The train is comprised of modern, comfortable, domestically produced carriages, with interiors featuring national character and elements of traditional ornamentation. The "Jibek Joly" tourist train consists of three compartment carriages and one dining car.
The route of the tourist train passes through the cultural and historical centers of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Over the course of five days, tour participants will visit major architectural and historical monuments, including the Khoja Ahmed Yasawi Mausoleum, the Otyrar settlement in Turkestan, the Ark Fortress and Lyabi-Khauz Square in Bukhara, the Amir Timur Mausoleum and Registan Square in Samarkand, the Tole Bi Mausoleum and the Hazrati Imam Memorial Complex in Tashkent, and more.
The price of the tour package, organized by tour operators, includes train travel, a tour program with professional guides, excursions with entrance tickets, and transfers.
The tourist train is organized by the national carrier JSC Passenger Transportation with the assistance of Uzbekistan Railways.
