Magistral Awards 2025: Railway Workers Recognized with High International Awards

The "Magistral Awards 2025" Eurasian Prize in Transport and Logistics was held in the capital of Kazakhstan. During the awards ceremony, Marat Shakenov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NC KTZ, addressed the winners, noting the high status of the event and its broad international participation.

Representatives of the railway industry deservedly won the majority of the competition's victories. Elena Satybaldina, Manager of the Commercial Freight Handling Department of JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, Aibek Kapar, Deputy General Director for Logistics of JSC KTZ Express, and Lazzat Musabekova, Director of the Operational Performance Planning Department of the Main Line Network Directorate, were recognized in the "Transport Professionals" category.

In the "Digital Logistics Leader" category, the KTZ Express Single Digital Window Platform received a high award. Kuanysh Zhaksybek, Deputy General Director for Operations at KTZ Express JSC, was recognized in the "Transport Management Excellence" category, and the "Veterans - the Golden Fund of Railway Transport" project (Social Policy Department of KTZ NC JSC) was recognized in the "Golden Fund of Transport" category.

Additionally, the "Construction and Launch of the ZHETYSU Terminal" project (Kedentransservice JSC) and the "Jibek Joly and Keruen Express Tourist Trains" project (Passenger Transportation JSC, together with its partners) were recognized in the "Best Project of the Year" category. Kedentransservice JSC was also recognized in the "Strategic Partner of the Transport Industry" category, together with Xi'an Free Trade Port Construction and Operation Co., Ltd (PRC).

The "Social Analytics" project (Social Policy Department) was recognized for "Best HR Initiatives in the Transport Sector" JSC NC KTZ and the "KTZ New Era of Motivation" Project (Human Resources Management Department of JSC NC KTZ); "For the Development of Transport Science" - First Deputy Director (for Operations) of the Mangistau Branch of the Main Line Network of JSC NC KTZ, Erlan Burkhutov.

The Technical Policy Department and the Technical Center of JSC NC KTZ were awarded for generating effective transport solutions; for fidelity to industry traditions - Aiman ​​Ibraeva Zhumagulovna, Team Leader of the Integration and International Cooperation Department of JSC NC KTZ and Rakhat Zharullina, Lead Engineer of the Transportation Organization Department, Karaganda Branch of State Enterprise JSC NC KTZ. In the nomination "Best Youth Initiative in Transport", the "Young Employee Development Program "100 Young Faces of KTZ" (Social Policy Department of JSC NC KTZ) and the "Corporate School" were recognized. Volunteering (Social Policy Department of JSC NC KTZ) and engineer-technologist Zhuldyzay Baidyuysen of JSC NC KTZ.

The Burlinov, Sairambayev, and Levkovsky dynasties of JSC NC KTZ were awarded in the "Honorary Dynasty" category. The "Birge - Taza Kazakhstan" project (Social Policy Department of JSC NC KTZ) was deservedly recognized in the "Leader of Environmental Responsibility in Logistics" category.
