KTZ's 2024 Integrated Annual Report was ranked among the best in terms of ESG information disclosure

JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy confirms its high position in the TOP-50 ranking of Kazakhstan's best companies based on ESG disclosure. Based on the 2025 results, the Company ranked second overall and first among companies in the transportation and logistics sector.

The ranking was compiled by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) based on an assessment of the quality and completeness of ESG disclosures. The study analyzed the companies' annual sustainability reports and reports for 2024. The assessment methodology includes 165 criteria grouped into five key areas: sustainability strategy, corporate governance, society, environment, and non-financial reporting practices. A total of 98 companies participated in the ranking.

This achievement confirms JSC NC KTZ's commitment to international ESG disclosure standards and best practices in corporate reporting transparency. The Company's non-financial reporting is prepared in accordance with recognized international standards and best practices for ESG disclosure, including GRI, SASB, and TCFD recommendations.

KTZ NC JSC will continue its systematic efforts to improve the quality of ESG disclosures, integrate sustainable development principles into business processes, and strengthen the trust of investors, partners, and the public.
