KTZ won the prize in the HR Brand 2025 competition

NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC became the winner of the corporate competition HR Brand 2025 in the nomination «Іріктеу шебері»  (Master of Personnel Selection). The award ceremony was held at Samruk-Kazyna JSC, where the certificate was presented to the Chairman of the Management Board of KTZ Talgat Aldybergenov by the Chairman of the Management Board of the Fund Nurlan Zhakupov.

According to Nurlan Zhakupov, the competition confirmed the maturity and high level of HR approaches of the group's companies, as well as the effectiveness of the strategy of investing in human capital.

The purpose of the competition is to identify and disseminate the best HR practices. Nine companies took part in it, presenting 25 cases in five nominations: personnel selection, talent development, digitalization, employee engagement and innovative management methods.

The participants' projects reflect modern challenges and values - inclusivity, digitalization and social responsibility. The focus is on the employee and a sustainable work environment.

The competition will become an annual platform for promoting effective HR practices and a culture of respect for work.
