KTZ train driver wins prize in CIS professional championship

The professional skills championship among CIS railway workers has ended in Yekaterinburg (Russian Federation). More than 3 thousand railway workers from Russia and the Commonwealth countries took part in the large-scale competition, competing in 60 competition categories.

Kazakhstan was represented at the championship by freight driver of the Kyzylorda locomotive depot of the branch of NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy  JSC  Smagul Zhasulan, the winner of the republican competition "Train driver of the Year - 2024".

Following the results of the competition, Smagul Zhasulan demonstrated a high level of professional knowledge, confident control of the locomotive and resistance to stressful situations, taking an honorable second place.
