KTZ management held a meeting with ALT University students

As part of the 6th Eurasian Forum on Transport Safety and Digitalization, Murat Toregeldin, Deputy Chairman of the Management  Board of NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC, and Aslan Akashov, Director of the Center for Track Diagnostics branch, met with students from the ALT department of Mukhamedzhan Tynyshpayev University.

During the meeting, the executives shared their professional experience working on the railway and discussed social initiatives and youth programs implemented at KTZ.

NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC  places great emphasis on social support. The company's social benefits budget amounts to 23.4 billion tenge. Employees benefit from early retirement for drivers and their assistants, a 20% bonus for young professionals at small stations, company housing at line stations, financial assistance for vacations and special situations, medical and spa treatment, holiday bonuses, and summer vacations for employees' children.

The company has 23 departmental awards and 13 challenge banners. In 2025, more than 5,500 medals for professionalism and 78,000 badges for dedication to the profession were awarded.

KTZ implements a number of programs aimed at attracting and developing young professionals. In-demand positions requiring no work experience include track fitter, signaling and communications electrician, car inspector/repairman, driver's assistant, and rolling stock repairman.


Particular attention is paid to the "100 Young Faces of KTZ" project, where participants undergo modular training, develop management and professional skills, and participate in rotations. Over the past five years, 143 rotations have been completed under the program.

The company also holds an annual professional skills competition, "Zhas Uzdik Maman," in five key production professions.

The development of corporate volunteering remains one of the company's priorities. The "School of Corporate Volunteers" trains approximately 120 employees annually, fostering a culture of mutual assistance and social responsibility.

KTZ youth delegations participate in international forums and exchanges in Russia, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, and other countries. The company also has its own KVN league and the KTZ.kz team, which successfully performs on various stages.
