15-10-2025
KTZ has launched the "Mentoring Institute" corporate project, aimed at creating an effective system for transferring knowledge, experience, and corporate values from experienced employees to young professionals and new employees.
The project's main goal is to strengthen the Company's human resources, improve labor efficiency, and foster intergenerational continuity among railway workers.
The project will address the following key objectives:
The project will establish a pool of mentors and interns. Mentors will undergo specialized training, after which interns will be able to independently select a mentor from an approved list. An individual mentoring plan will be developed in collaboration with the mentor, including training in the form of master classes, technical sessions, workshops, and demonstrations of practical examples.
The mentoring process includes regular weekly meetings, constructive feedback, and assessment of the mentors' performance according to established criteria. When forming the mentor pool, seniority with the Company, a high level of professional competence, and qualifications will be taken into account.
The implementation of the "Mentoring Institute" project will be an important step in strengthening the corporate culture, developing human capital, and improving the efficiency of KTZ.
