KTZ Launches Eco-Challenge as Part of "Taza Kazakhstan" Campaign

In Astana, NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC launched a large-scale environmental tree- planting campaign as part of the national initiative "Taza Kazakhstan." KTZ Chairman of the Management Board Talgat Aldybergenov and Company management participated in the tree-planting event, setting a personal example and emphasizing the importance of environmental responsibility.
Near the Nurly Zhol central station, railway workers planted approximately 250 trees. More than 4,300 more were planted near railway section № 96 and other areas of the city. Tree planting will continue throughout the country - at stations, along railway lines, and near residential areas.
The initiative aims to improve the environmental situation, create green spaces, and foster a culture of respect for nature among company employees and the public.
KTZ also passed the baton of the environmental challenge to the national company KazMunayGas, calling on colleagues to support the initiative and contribute to environmental conservation.
"It is important for us not only to ensure reliable transportation but also to contribute to the country's environmental future. Railway workers have traditionally been and remain part of a responsible society. Today, we begin work whose fruits will be seen by future generations," noted Talgat Aldybergenov.
KTZ's environmental campaign is an investment in a sustainable future, clean air, and a healthy environment for future generations.
