KTZ internal trainers trained railway workers in the Kyzylorda region in the culture of labor safety

Over 1,100 railway workers in the Kyzylorda region completed training in the course "Culture of Labor Safety", aimed at raising workers' awareness of labor safety issues.

The training was conducted by KTZ internal trainers - workers who themselves experienced accidents at work. By their own example, they demonstrate the importance of strict compliance with safety and labor protection rules.

The main goal of the course is to develop the competencies of railway workers in the field of industrial safety and teach them to use proactive tools to prevent accidents. This allows employees to more effectively identify and eliminate potential risks in the workplace.

As part of the course, participants were shown videos about accidents at work, including stories from families and relatives of victims. These materials help to better understand the consequences of violations of safety rules.

The program of the course "Occupational Safety Culture" was launched at the beginning of the year in the Zhambyl region and will cover all regions during the year.

Training in the course "Occupational Safety Culture" contributes to the formation of a corporate safety culture, a decrease in the level of industrial injuries and an increase in overall labor efficiency.
