KTZ held a strategic HR session, "HR – ondiris serpini" bringing together HR directors from Samruk-Kazyna's portfolio companies.

The event aimed to share best practices in human resources management, discuss current challenges, and develop joint approaches to personnel development in the context of production process transformation.

In the context of rapid technological and social change, strengthening human resources potential and implementing new HR approaches is particularly important.

KTZ consistently develops a culture of open professional dialogue. In 2022, the company initiated the HR Connect meeting, where it presented its key projects in personnel training and development. Today, such events are becoming a regular occurrence, contributing to the formation of a unified HR ecosystem within the Samruk-Kazyna group of companies.

During the session, participants discussed key trends and challenges facing HR departments: digitalization of processes, increasing productivity, developing leadership potential, knowledge management, and succession management.
