KTZ has created a pool of "Profession Leaders"

The opening of the first module of the Corporate Development Program "Profession Leaders" took place in Astana. The ceremony was attended by Deputy General Director for Corporate Affairs of KTZ - Freight Transportation LLP Maral Marasilov.

In 2022-2024, the company trained about 700 regional and line employees under corporate programs aimed at improving industrial safety and developing personal and business qualities.

Of those who completed the training, 100 of the most active specialists were selected - foremen, instructors, chief engineers, traffic safety auditors, heads of the PTO of the rolling stock, power supply, track and signaling and communications departments.

The creation of a pool of "Profession Leaders" is aimed at improving the efficiency of work and motivating employees. The project develops management thinking, emotional flexibility and teamwork skills to solve non-standard problems and implement new technologies.
As part of the module, specialists from the Security Department will teach participants systemic problem analysis and decision-making in the field of operational security.

HR Business Partner of the Human Resources Management Department of KTZ Alma Saulebaeva noted that the project is forming a talent pool of leaders capable of developing the industry. Personnel development is an investment in the sustainability and competitiveness of the company.

Upon completion of the training, the best participants will be able to complete internships in partner companies and study in master's, doctoral, MBA and Mini MBA programs.
