KTZ Grain Headquarters Visits Enterprises in Akmola Region

In Kokshetau, representatives of KTZ's grain headquarters visited flour mills and grain storage facilities in the region, where they inspected the facilities' readiness to receive the new harvest. Specialists assessed the condition of equipment and storage facilities, and discussed logistics and supply chain issues.

Akmola Region remains one of the country's key grain-producing regions, accounting for almost half of all grain shipments within Kazakhstan.

In the first eight months of 2025, more than 4.7 million tons of grain were shipped from the region, 2.3 million tons more than in 2024. 1.6 million tons were shipped to Central Asian countries, and over 1 million tons to non-CIS countries. More than 30 thousand tons were sent to Afghanistan, 22.8 thousand tons to Turkey, and more than 910 thousand tons to China.
