KTZ Express will appeal to the Supreme Court

In 2024, based on a complaint from KTZ Express JSC, the Specialized Interdistrict  Administrative Court of Astana declared the results of the investigation by the Department of the Agency for the Protection and Development of Competition in Astana illegal and brought the Antimonopoly Authority to justice in the form of a private ruling (2024, Sep.12).

The court found that the actions of KTZ Express do not involve abuse of monopoly position in the form of setting monopolistically high prices for organizing military transportation. These transportations are not military, but are commercial.

Despite the previously entered judicial acts and the prosecutor's conclusion in favor of KTZ Express, the Astana Court fined KTZ Express.

Currently, KTZ Express is working to appeal the judicial acts to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
