KTZ is exploring prospects for cooperation with the port of Chabahar

As part of a working visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran, representatives of the subsidiary of NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC - KTZ Express JSC held talks with the management of the port of Chabahar and the Port and Maritime Administration of Iran (PMO).  

The parties discussed the possibilities of cooperation in the development of the international transport corridor "North - South", including participation in joint infrastructure projects. During the visit, the KTZ Express delegation got acquainted with the current state of port facilities and inspected areas potentially suitable for the placement of terminal facilities.

The visit became part of the implementation of the concept for the creation of a terminal framework on key routes of intercontinental transportation.

Following the talks, the parties expressed mutual interest in expanding cooperation and developing mutually beneficial logistics solutions.
