KTZ commission revealed 140 violations on trains

On behalf of the Chairman of the Management Board of NC KTZ JSC, special mobile groups conduct daily inspections on passenger trains. Their goal is to identify and prevent violations of the Rules for the carriage of passengers, baggage and cargo baggage by rail, as well as the carrier's internal regulations.

Since the beginning of the summer period, the visiting commission has revealed about 140 violations, including 6 cases of fare evasion and the transportation of 135 kilograms of unchecked baggage.

Facts of fare evasion were recorded on trains on the following routes: "Almaty - Zhezkazgan", "Kyzylorda - Semey", "Oskemen - Almaty", "Astana - Zhezkazgan", "Aktogay - Ayagoz" and "Astana - Kokshetau".

Based on the results of the inspections, the guilty employees were brought to disciplinary responsibility. The inspections are systemic and will be continued on all routes.
