KTZ awarded the winners of the "Zhas Uzdik Maman" national competition

Kazakhstan Temir Zholy National Company (NC) announced the results of the 5th National Professional Competition "Zhas Uzdik Maman," aimed at enhancing the prestige of blue-collar jobs and developing the company's human resources potential.
The event is being held as part of the Year of Blue-Collar Jobs declared by the Head of State and brings together the best representatives of railway professions from all regions of the country.
The national competition was attended by the winners of the regional rounds—representatives of five key professions: track foreman, passenger car conductor, shipping document processor, speed tape interpreter, and station attendant. The winners of the national stage were determined based on the results of theoretical and practical tasks assessing the level of professional knowledge, skills, and competencies.
The national stage concluded with an awards ceremony for the winners.
In the "Station Duty Officer" category, first place went to Zamzagul Karakulova (Aral Station Station), second place went to Yerkebulan Kasymhan (Almaty-1), and third place went to Aygerim Kaynarkyzy (Zhana Semey).
The winner of the "Road Master" category was Zhalgas Yakubov (Kyzylorda Track Section). Second place went to Bauyrzhan Kypshakbayev (Kazalinsk Track Section), and third place went to Yerasyl Adaybek (Altynkol Track Section).
Yekaterina Mukhina from Pavlodar Station was recognized as the best for her flawless handling of shipping documentation. Sofia Plyasunova (Oskemen Station) also won second place in the "Transport Document Processing Operator" category, and Amina Igemberdieva (Ushtobe Station) took third place.
Ayauzhan Askarkyzy (Kyzylorda Freight Transportation Department) won the title of Best Speed Tape Interpreter. Aidana Toleukhanova (Almaty Freight Transportation Department) took second place in the "Speed Tape Interpreter" category, and Akmaral Zhakayeva (Zhambyl Freight Transportation Department) took third place.
Yulia Volokitina, who works at the Express branch of Passenger Transportation JSC, won the title of Best Conductor. Arsen Kairat took second place in the "Passenger Carriage Conductor" category, and Kainar Ushkempir took third place.
