KTZ and Lianyungang Port summed up the results of 2024 and discussed plans for 2025

The management of NC KTZ JSC and Lianyungang Port Group LLC held a working meeting to sum up the results of cooperation in 2024 and discussed promising areas of cooperation.

During the meeting, the results of the Khorgos dry port and the Kazakh-Chinese terminal in the port of Lianyungang, which play an important role in the development of transit traffic between the countries, were reviewed.
 

The parties outlined priority areas of cooperation for 2025. The focus is on the joint construction of a container hub in the port of Aktau, which will become the third key project in the framework of bilateral cooperation.

The project will play an important role in increasing the capacity of transport routes and strengthening Kazakhstan's position as a key logistics hub in the region.
