KTZ and Huawei: digital cooperation for the benefit of the economy of Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan Temir Zholy and Huawei Technologies continue to strengthen their strategic partnership aimed at the digital transformation of the railway industry and the development of intelligent logistics in Kazakhstan.

Cooperation with a global technology leader opens up new opportunities for the implementation of advanced IT solutions in key KTZ processes - from transport management and rolling stock monitoring to cybersecurity systems, data analytics and automation of production processes (LTE-R; smart station; last mile; Cloud-2 project; construction of a second site for backup of critical business systems; expansion of infrastructure for launching the necessary IT systems; artificial intelligence; intelligent control center (IOC) and others.

For Kazakhstan, this is more than just a technological upgrade. Partnership with Huawei contributes to: increasing the efficiency and safety of transportation, reducing costs and delivery times, expanding the country's transit capabilities, creating new jobs in the field of high technology, training qualified IT personnel.
