Kaztemirtrans JSC has completed the first stage of a unique digital project

Kaztemirtrans JSC, a subsidiary of KTZ, has completed the first stage of the project "Unified Platform for Production Management" aimed at automating and optimizing business processes.

As part of the project, the Regulations for the Distribution of Freight Cars were developed and approved, and a new model for rolling stock repair was formed, which will come into force in 2025.

The "Unified Platform for Production Management" platform allows for efficient planning of freight transportation using artificial intelligence technologies, improving customer interactions and conducting analytics in real time.
