The JSC Passenger Transportation Commission has identified violations in tourist trains

As part of the quality control of summer rail transportation, employees of the central office of JSC Passenger Transportation conducted an inspection of the technical condition and service in passenger trains No. 47/48 Astana - Atyrau, No. 53/54 Astana - Dostyk, No. 65/66 Astana - Zhezkazgan, No. 605/606 Karaganda - Balkhash and No. 623/624 Astana - Petropavlovsk.

These inspections are systematic and aimed at compliance with the standards of the National Carrier. During the inspection, a generator malfunction in the trailer car was recorded in train No. 47/48, which temporarily led to the lack of lighting. Passengers were provided with food in the dining car, and information was provided until the completion of technical work.

In train No. 53/54, malfunctions in the multimedia system, air conditioning, power outlets, electronic displays, and expired first aid kits were detected. Non-compliance reports were drawn up, and official investigations were scheduled.

In train No. 605/606, violations of standards for the provision of visual information were recorded, as well as the absence of proper aesthetic appearance of faucets in the restroom area, garbage bins, handrails and door handles. At the Kulaygyr station, there was no announcement of the boarding and departure of the train.

In train No. 65/66, cases of non-compliance with the requirements for storing service uniforms and improper use of sanitary and hygienic products were noted.
