Heads of signaling and communication departments are undergoing training within the framework of "Uzdikter Alany"

A corporate development program "Uzdikter Alany" has been launched at "ALT University named after M. Tynyshbaev" JSC for heads of signaling and communication departments of the branch of "NC" Kazakh Temir Zholy " JSC  -" Backbone Network Directorate".

At the official opening of the training, Arman Bubikanov, Executive Director for Operations of the branch of "NC" KTZ JSC "-" Backbone Network Directorate", delivered a welcoming  speech, emphasizing the importance of continuous professional development and development of management competencies in the context of modern challenges. 

Rector of ALT University Meruert Zharmagambetova noted that the cooperation of the university's faculty with the main employer of graduates, a strategic partner in the person of KTZ, is aimed at improving the quality of training specialists for the railway industry.

A rich five-day program has been approved, within which 36 heads of signaling and communication sections will improve their personal and business competencies, learn the secrets of high-quality negotiations and feedback, practice working with AI, take part in a foresight session with fourth-year university students, conduct guest lectures, and take part in tree planting. Separately, it is worth noting the effectiveness of "evening meetings", where open dialogues are held on recruiting, remuneration, logistics, internal regulations and other issues that require urgent solutions.
 

ALT University students were given the opportunity to learn more about the structure of the Company, new approaches to dual training, and receive first-hand information about working in the signaling and communication section.

The Company's management pays constant attention to the development and training of its employees; increasing their competencies not only contributes to their personal growth, but also affects the increase of their efficiency and helps to reduce safety violations.
