Faculty from industry universities and colleges completed an internship

Faculty from railway universities and colleges completed an internship at KTZ. The event was aimed at sharing experiences and integrating modern railway industry technologies into the educational process.
As part of the program, participants received theoretical training on "Transportation Organization and Traffic Management in Rail Transport" and "Transport Logistics and Supply Chain Management," and also participated in a number of practical classes and excursions.
An information session on "Digitalization at KTZ" was held in the KTZ Innovation Hall, where faculty members learned about the company's ongoing projects in automation, digital solutions, and artificial intelligence. Lectures and training sessions were also held, including one on "Stress Resilience."
The instructors visited the Central Museum of Railway Transport and the Regional Transportation Control Center (RTCC), and learned about the operation of the hump automatic centralization system (HACS) and the electrical centralization unit at Astana station. Of particular interest were the presentation of the "Information and Automated Systems" textbook and an introduction to the "Energy Dispatch Traction" Automated Control System (EDT) software.
Certificates were awarded upon completion of the program.
The internship is part of KTZ's strategic partnership with educational institutions in Kazakhstan and is aimed at training qualified personnel for the modern railway.
