The composition of the Board of Directors of JSC NC KTZ has been changed

By the decision of the Sole Shareholder of NC KTZ JSC dated June 26, 2025, the powers of the member of the Board of Directors of NC KTZJSC , the representative of the interests of the Sole Shareholder, Berdigulov Yerrnat Kudaibergenovich, were terminated early.

By the same decision, Utepov Mirat Maratovich was elected as a member of the Board of Directors of NC KTZJSC, the representative of the interests of the Sole Shareholder.
