Chairman of the Management Board of KTZ appointed

The head of Samruk-Kazyna JSC Nurlan Zhakupov introduced to the team the new Chairman of the Management Board of NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC - Talgat Sagievich Aldybergenov, who previously held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. 

Talgat Aldybergenov has over 35 years of experience in the railway industry. He graduated with honors from the Alma-Ata Institute of Railway Engineers, specializing in "Organization of Transportation and Management in Railway Transport", Master of Economics from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (Russia) (diploma with honors), and Candidate of Economic Sciences. 

He worked his way up from blue-collar positions to top management: 

1992–1998 — worked at the West Kazakhstan Railway: freight cashier, cargo and baggage receiver, deputy station master, senior road commercial auditor; 

1998-2007 —  Head of the Aktobe branch of the State Enterprise "Center for Corporate Transport Services" of the RSE JSC "Kazakhstan temir zholy", Director of the SE  "Kaztransservice ", Director of the Department of Transport Logistics of CJSC "Trading House "KazMunayGas"; 

2008-2019 —  President of JSC "Kedentransservice", General Director of LLP "AvtoGazAlmaty ", Chairman of the Management  Board of LLP " Kazakhmys Maker"; 

Since 2024 —  Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of "NC" Kazakhstan temir zholy " JSC.
