KTZ Business Transformation Center introduces advanced technologies

The branch of NC KTZ JSC - the Business Transformation Center continues to  implement large-scale digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency of data management and automating key processes. The Center's specialists have developed a number of digital solutions that are actively used in practice. Among them are robots that provide automated collection and processing of information from various sources within the framework of ETL processes. These tools can significantly reduce the time for preparing analytics, as well as minimize the influence of the human factor.

To interact with the external audience, a separate Telegram bot was created, integrated with the Center's Telegram channel. This solution has become a convenient channel for prompt communication and dissemination of information. In addition to this, an automatic notification system has been introduced, designed to instantly notify responsible employees in the event of failures in the operation of digital processes, which ensures a quick response and prevents possible data loss. The goal of all these initiatives is not only to speed up the processing and analysis of information, but also to reduce time and operating costs, increase the transparency and manageability of the system as a whole.

At the same time, the Business Transformation Center, together with the KTZ branch - the Automation and Digitalization Directorate, is implementing a pilot project aimed at introducing unmanned technologies into infrastructure maintenance. We are talking about the use of drones and industrial robots to inspect railway infrastructure facilities. This approach allows you to quickly monitor the condition of tracks, bridges and other objects, reduce the need for constant physical presence of personnel on site, and provide access to hard-to-reach or potentially dangerous areas.

It is expected that the results of the current survey will allow a more accurate assessment of the potential of these technologies in such areas as inspection and monitoring of infrastructure, control of production processes, creation of three-dimensional maps and early detection of defects. Such projects play an important role in the company's strategic course on digital transformation, contribute to improving the safety, sustainability and efficiency of the railway industry.
