The 14th Republican Youth Forum of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy has concluded in Astana

The closing ceremony of the 14th National Youth Forum of JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy took place in Astana. The event brought together over 250 young, top professionals from across the country, bringing together ambitious and active representatives of Kazakhstan's national railway carrier. Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, Talgat Aldybergenov, emphasized the key role of youth in the industry's development, emphasizing the importance of engaging young people in the company's transformation processes, innovative projects, and strategic initiatives.

The forum served as a platform for open dialogue, exchange of experience, and inspiration.

A key feature of the 14th National Youth Forum of KTZ was the participation of an international delegation—representatives of youth organizations of railway companies from Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, and Armenia. This gave the forum a special status and highlighted the growing importance of youth dialogue in the Eurasian region. Talgat Aldybergenov, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, also held a meaningful meeting with young people. In a warm atmosphere, the participants discussed pressing issues of developing human resources, enhancing professional skills, and expanding career opportunities for young employees. In turn, the head of KTZ emphasized that young specialists are a strategic resource, investing in which is a priority. KTZ is creating all the conditions for unlocking the potential of young people, including digital learning platforms, mentoring, and career development projects.
