"Uzdikter Alany" - an opportunity for development and growth for workers at power supply distances

At the branch of JSC “NC “KTZ” - “Center for Assessment and Development of Personnel in the Railway Industry”, the grand opening of the Corporate Development Program “Uzdikter Alany” took place for key employees of power supply distances of the Backbone Network Directorate.

The opening of the program was attended by the director of the human resource management department of NC KTZ JSC Alikhan Kraubayev, who noted the important role of training and development in the modern world and their impact on the efficiency of the railway industry.

The corporate development program was developed by the Human Resources Management Department together with the Backbone Network Directorate to develop personnel competencies, increase the level of personal and team effectiveness and create a pool of Company professionals. 25 heads of production and technical departments and 34 senior energy dispatchers will undergo training.

As part of the program, it is planned to conduct interactive classes, practical testing of new knowledge, networking and receiving feedback from relevant experts, attracting both external providers and internal trainers of the Company, developing Hard, Soft and Digital skills.

The training covers the latest technologies and practices in the electrical industry, ensuring employees stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations. Particular attention will be paid to safety precautions, which will minimize risks and prevent accidents at work. The program is also aimed at optimizing the use of resources and increasing the efficiency of the entire power supply system.

The development program is designed for two months and will be held in a combined format. On July 27, 2024, it is planned to sum up the results of practical tasks and hold a panel session with representatives of the energy industry.
