Train drivers for the south of the country will be trained in the capital

To improve the professional level and expand the competencies of locomotive crews in the southern region, future train drivers will be trained and their qualifications will be improved in the capital's training center. High demands are placed on the work of these specialists, so the training of locomotive crews is a mandatory and continuous process.

The Astana training center uses modern educational technologies, including full-scale locomotive cabin simulators, which allows for high-level practical training.

The training program includes a course of lectures and practical classes. The classes are conducted by experienced train driver-instructors of locomotive operational depots.

Train drivers are also trained and their qualifications are improved in the training centers of the cities of Aktobe, Karaganda and Pavlodar.
