The event was organized as part of cooperation between Passenger Transportation JSC and the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control in Transport of the Committee for Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The seminars addressed issues of ensuring the safety, life and health of passengers. Recommendations were also given on compliance with sanitary rules and actions in case of detection of particularly dangerous infections.

Before each trip, train conductors undergo mandatory medical examinations and strictly comply with the requirements for the maintenance of passenger cars and cleaning standards in various areas of the car along the route.
