The “Bilim Express” forum took place in KTZ


In Astana, on the basis of the training center of the branch of NC KTZ JSC - “Center for Assessment and Development of Railway Transport Personnel”, the Forum of internal trainers “Bilim Express” was held, which brought together about 100 participants from different regions of Kazakhstan.

The forum program includes summing up the work of internal trainers for 2023, a work plan for 2024, rewarding the best, and holding a master class.

- Internal coaching is not only an investment in employee development, but also a strategic advantage for the company. It helps improve productivity, reduce staff turnover and create a positive atmosphere in the team. Thanks to the work of internal trainers, the position in the market is significantly strengthened and the company’s competitiveness increases, - noted Saule Istleyeva, Director of the Human Resources Management Department of NC KTZ JSC.

Currently, the pool of certified internal trainers consists of more than 90 company employees who have extensive expert experience and have the necessary competencies, skills and abilities to transfer them to other employees.

In 2023, as part of the Bilim Express mobile development school project, 6260 regional workers from 13 regions of the country were trained. Also last year, 26 company employees were trained and received certificates as internal trainers. They were awarded the company's first internal trainer badges.

During the forum, for the first time in the history of internal coaching of KTZ, distinguished internal trainers were presented with letters of gratitude from the head of the company’s apparatus and a commemorative “Owl” figurine, as a symbol of wisdom, intelligence and knowledge.
