Teachers from industry universities and colleges improved their qualifications at KTZ

A two-week advanced training course "Modern rolling stock, diagnostic and maintenance methods" was held for teachers from specialized educational institutions at the branch of "NC "KTZ" JSC - "Center for assessment and development of railway personnel". 

In addition to theoretical classes on relevant topics, the course included trainings on modern educational methods and practical work in the context of technological changes.

As part of the course, the students visited the capital's railway station complex, the regional transportation management center, the hump complex of Astana station, the locomotive and wagon operational depot, where they got acquainted with modern production technologies, the organization of the work process and the requirements for specialists.

The training was attended by 20 participants from 7 specialized educational institutions: Akmola College of Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications named after M. Tynyshpayev JSC, Karaganda University named after A. Buketov, Shymkent Transport College,

Almaty Technical and Economic College of Railways, Aktau Transport College named after M. Tynyshpayev, Almaty College of the Academy of Logistics and Transport. 

KTZ pays special attention to the interaction between teachers and industry representatives, which creates a unique atmosphere for the exchange of experience and the introduction of new knowledge into the educational process.
