Teachers from industry universities and colleges have undergone advanced training at KTZ

As part of fruitful interaction with educational organizations to train competent specialists in the railway industry, a refresher course on the topic: “Automation, remote control and communications in railway transport” was held at the KTZ training center.

The training was attended by 21 teachers from 10 specialized educational institutions in the cities of Almaty (ALiT, Satbayev University, Almaty College of the Academy of Logistics and Transport), Karaganda (Karaganda Technical University named after A. Saginov), Kostanay (KineU College), Astana (Akmola College KAZATC named after Tynyshpayev, Higher College of Transport and Communications), Aktobe (Aktobe College of Transport, Communications and New Technologies) and Zhezkazgan (Zhezkazgan Industrial-Humanitarian College).

In addition to theoretical classes, the advanced training course was full of practical activities aimed at developing the professional skills and competencies of teachers.

Course participants visited the capital's station complex, the Severny Regional Transportation Management Center, the station's hump complex and Lokomotiv Kurastyru Zauyty JSC, where they became familiar with modern production technologies, the organization of the work process and the requirements for specialists.

An important component of the course was training on the development of personal and business competencies, conducted by KTZ internal trainers. Participants had the opportunity to improve skills in optimizing processes, eliminating losses and increasing work efficiency, managing emotions and constructively resolving conflict situations.

This course received positive feedback from participants, who noted its practical value and relevance.
