You can purchase train tickets online on the official ticket sales portal bilet.railways.kz and through the KTZ Tickets mobile application, as well as on third-party private internet sites for train ticket sales.

The ticket purchasing process is transparent, so it is impossible to commit illegal actions related to the resale of tickets.

The current electronic ticket sales system does not allow users to re-issue tickets.
