Replacement of passenger train No. 51/52 “Almaty-2-Uralsk”

JSC "Passenger Transportation" announces the replacement of passenger train No. 51/52 "Almaty - Uralsk", formed from Talgo cars.

12/26/2023 from Art. The departure of route No. 51/52 “Almaty-2-Uralsk” was planned for Almaty. Due to a technical reason for this passenger train, the composition of route No. 51/52 “Almaty-2-Uralsk” was replaced with a passenger train formed from new standard cars.

The company apologizes to passengers for the inconvenience caused, and also informs that in accordance with the Rules for the transportation of passengers, luggage, cargo luggage and postal items by railway transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, measures will be taken to refund passengers when replacing a passenger train:

- those traveling on a replaced passenger train made up of standard carriages are paid the difference in fare;
- those who refuse to travel on a replaced train made up of standard carriages will receive a refund of the full fare.
