Railway workers were trained on ethics and anti-corruption issues

More than 30 thousand employees of KTZ-Freight Transportation LLP were trained in the field of anti-corruption last year. This work was carried out as part of the formation of an anti-corruption culture and in order to increase awareness and awareness of employees. The main topics of the seminars are “Anti-corruption policy of KTZ-Freight Transportation LLP” and “Code of Ethics and Conduct of NC KTZ JSC and its subsidiaries.” Based on the results of the seminars, testing was carried out.

In order to ensure openness and equal access to information, regulatory documents and hotline contacts of Samruk-Kazyna JSC are posted on the official website of the LLP in the “Compliance” section.

In regional freight transportation departments, on the first Monday of the month, a preventive “Anti-Corruption Day” is held, and at production meetings, an “Anti-Corruption Minute” is held.

The administrative buildings contain telephone numbers for the hotlines of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, the Anti-Corruption Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the e-Otinish information system. Preventive “NO TO BRIBE” signs are installed on the entrance doors of the offices of the management of structural units. All concluded agreements include a provision on the “Anti-Corruption Clause”.
