Railway workers took part in the youth and educational forum of the Samruk-Kazyna Foundation

The youth and educational forum of the Samruk-Kazyna Foundation was held in Almaty, where it gathered more than 200 delegates, 23 of whom were representatives of NC KTZ JSC. This is the key youth event of the year. In general, out of 250 thousand employees of the fund’s enterprises, more than 80 thousand are young professionals under the age of 35. This is the second forum held by the Samruk-Kazyna Foundation. 

At the forum, young specialists learned self-diagnosis, realizing their capabilities, and leadership. Throughout the year they participated in educational seminars and sports tournaments. We visited production facilities to exchange experiences. 

- Three busy days, 210 new friends and a sea of emotions! I learned to be a leader, initiate ideas and implement them, and work in a team. “I met colleagues from other regions,” says Azamat Sarbas, a forum participant and train compiler at the Kandyagash station. 

As the organizers note, the main objectives of the forum are to consolidate the intellectual potential of young workers, involve them in solving priority problems, as well as strengthening professional, social and cultural ties.
