Railway workers held a series of guest lectures for students of specialized universities

In February of this year, several guest lectures were organized from leading experts and experienced railway workers. The meetings were held at the Academy of Logistics and Transport, Aktobe University named after S. Baishev, Shakarim University,

Ekibastuz Engineering and Technical Institute named after  Satpayev, Higher College of Electronics and Communications and Taraz College of Railway Transport.

The speakers shared with students their experience and cases from their professional practice and the latest trends in the industry, talked about the specifics of the railway and the necessary skills for a successful career in KTZ.

As students note, such meetings help them look at the railway industry and their profession with different eyes. The opportunity to directly communicate with an industry expert opened the curtain on the intricacies of the railway transport professions.

Meetings are held as part of effective interaction between KTZ and educational institutions for the development of professional guidance for students in specialized educational institutions. Cooperation with educational institutions involves the use of various formats aimed at high-quality training of future personnel.
