Prime Ministers of Kazakhstan and Georgia familiarized themselves with digital solutions in the field of railway transportation

Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov and Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze jointly visited the office of NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC, where they were presented with advanced digital solutions in the railway industry.
During the visit, the Prime Ministers familiarized themselves with the work of the Single Digital Window and the smart rail transport system, aimed at simplifying procedures and increasing the transparency of logistics.
Kazakhstan and Georgia are developing a strategic partnership between their railway administrations, aimed at increasing transit traffic and strengthening the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR).
As part of the strategy for the comprehensive development of terminal infrastructure, which plays a key role in organizing transit along the TITR, JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy is considering the possibility of expanding its terminal capacities in the port of Anaklia (Georgia), which will become an important transit point for Trans-Caspian trade.
