Passenger Transportation JSC recommends that passengers plan their trips in advance

With the onset of vacations and holidays the National Carrier encourages passengers to plan their trips in advance and purchase tickets in advance.

Tickets for passenger trains can be purchased at least 45 days to 1 day before the train’s departure, for commuter trains - from 10 to 1 day.

You can purchase tickets without commission on the website https://bilet.railways.kz/ or the ticket offices of Passenger Transportation JSC at railway stations.

For the convenience of passengers, the “Waiting List” service operates in the personal account of the website bilet.railways.kz, which allows, if there is no ticket on sale, to stand in line and, if a vacant seat becomes available, to buy a ticket.

This can be done no earlier than 7 days and no later than 2 hours before the train departs. The passenger will be notified of the availability of a ticket in his personal account, as well as via SMS notification. This service is also available at the station ticket offices.

Passengers can obtain additional information by calling the toll-free number 1433, as well as through the Telegram bot KTZH_PP_BOT and the official Instagram account @jolaushylar_tasymaly.
