Railway workers throughout the country celebrate their professional holiday these days.

In honor of this significant date for railway workers, according to a good long-term tradition, a series of festive events and ceremonial meetings are held in all regional divisions of the company, where the results of the work are summed up, warm congratulations are heard, and the best workers of the railway are honored.

This year, over 1200 company employees received various awards. 97 employees were awarded the “Adal Enbegi Ushin” badge. 218 railway workers were awarded the industry titles “Kasibi boyynsha uzdik” and “Uzdik bashy”. More than 700 people were awarded certificates of honor and letters of gratitude from the company’s management. The main industry award, the “Honorary Railway Worker” badge, was presented to 76 employees.

The awards were presented by the company's management at a gala meeting at the central office in the capital, where employees from all regions of the country were invited. Members of the Advisory Council and the Veterans Council took pride of place in the hall.

Words of gratitude noted the contribution of each employee of the company, which today employs more than 110 thousand people. The result of their joint work was the successful implementation of industry and government tasks.

The company exceeded record levels for cargo turnover during the years of independence. Despite geopolitical changes, container transit is growing. Large-scale repair and track work is being carried out. Construction of new roads has begun. Accelerated renewal of the locomotive fleet is underway.

Railway workers solve not only complex production problems. They are sincerely involved in charity work, are active in sports and participate in cultural events.
The ceremonial meeting ended with a festive concert, which was traditionally prepared for their colleagues by talented KTZ employees.
