New workroom for signalmen at Astana station is an example of caring for employees

A new workroom has been built at Astana station for signalmen at the foothill park. The new space fully complies with all modern requirements for comfort and ergonomics of the workspace. It has created optimal conditions for the efficient work of signalmen, which directly affects the safety of train traffic.

“This is just one example of the large-scale work carried out at Astana station to improve working conditions. We pay close attention to social and everyday issues, understanding that a comfortable working environment is the key to high motivation and productive work. Investments in creating such conditions are not just expenses, but a strategic investment in the development of human capital and increasing the efficiency of the entire station,” notes the station manager Nadyrkhan Kaissarov.

The project was implemented on the initiative of the station management with the support of the management of the Akmola branch and the trade union committee. The event is aimed at improving working conditions and solving social issues, which are a priority for the management.
