To improve transport accessibility for commuter residents

Passenger Transportation JSC launched new socially significant suburban routes No. 6834/6833 “Shar - Semey” and No. 6824/6823 “Aktogay-Ayagoz”.

The routes are of particular interest to the population of this region, especially during winter storms, ice and traffic restrictions on roads. Thus, electric train N°6834/6833 “Shar - Semey” will run 6 times a week, except Tuesday. The ticket price will be 557 tenge. Departure from Shar - 06:25 and arrival in Semey - 09:14. In the opposite direction, the train departs at 17:42 and arrives at Shar station at 20:19. Suburban train N°6824/6823 “Aktogay” -Ayagoz” will run 5 times a week, except Tuesday and Wednesday. Ticket price is 650 tenge. Departure from Aktogay at 06:35 and arrival in Ayagoz at 09:11. In the opposite direction, the train departs at 17:00 and arrives in Aktogay at 19:45.

The routes represent the most accessible, year-round and all-season modes of transport with low fares compared to other modes of transportation, offering convenient schedules for passengers.
