The National Carrier Commission has identified violations in a number of passenger trains during an inspection

Employees of the central office of "Passenger Transportation" JSC checked the level of service and the quality of services provided on trains No. 85/86 "Shymkent-Astana", No. 11/12 "Shymkent-Almaty" and No. 3/4 "Almaty-Astana". Such checks are systemic.

This check revealed a number of violations and non-compliance with the standards of the National  Carrier.

Poor cleaning and uncleaned garbage in some cars were noted by inspectors on train No. 85/86 "Shymkent-Astana". The employees who committed violations received severe reprimands.

In train No. 11/12 "Shymkent-Almaty" non-compliance of soft removable inventory with established standards was revealed. The supplier undertakes to take measures to eliminate the deficiencies.

The carriage of unregistered cargo for an additional fee to the carriage conductor was discovered in train No. 3/4 "Astana-Almaty". The employment contract with this conductor was terminated.

The national carrier strictly monitors the quality of services and promptly responds to passenger comments.
