More than 530 thousand passengers with disabilities were transported by trains of Passenger Transportation JSC

For the convenience of passengers with special needs, online purchasing of train tickets was simplified last year. You can purchase a discount ticket without providing a 6-digit social ID code. To issue a travel document on the website bilet.railways.kz you need to enter your IIN and disability certificate number.

Passenger Transportation JSC has 87 carriages with seats intended for passengers with limited mobility. They operate on 36 routes. The compartment, designed for passengers with disabilities, provides all the necessary conditions for their comfort and convenience.

Discounts on railway travel are provided for persons with disabilities:

• on socially significant routes in the amount of 50%;
• on commercial routes Talgo for specialized compartments in the amount of 70%, including for an accompanying person.
