A large-scale career guidance meeting was held at KTZ

More than 250 high school seniors and students of specialized colleges participated in a career guidance meeting organized by the branch of NC KTZ JSC - "Center for Assessment and Development of Railway Personnel".
 
The purpose of the event was to introduce young people to employment prospects in the railway industry and offer career opportunities in one of the key sectors of the Kazakhstan economy.

The meeting participants had a unique opportunity to learn about various railway professions. Locomotive and track specialists, as well as representatives of the KTZ youth block shared their knowledge and experience, talked about the specifics of their work, the advantages and features of professions related to the railway industry. Particular attention was paid to career prospects. The participants learned what opportunities for professional growth the company provides and how KTZ supports its employees throughout their careers.

An important element of the meeting was the participation of partner educational institutions, such as the Academy of Logistics and Transport, the Higher College of Transport and Communications, and the Akmola College of KAZATC. Representatives of educational institutions spoke about their educational programs and cooperation with the company, noting the importance of practical training and employment of their graduates at enterprises in the railway industry.

As part of the event, videos were shown that showed modern infrastructure, technical equipment and a high level of safety on the railway. These materials helped participants better understand how the industry is developing and what innovations are being introduced to improve the quality of service and safety.

At the end of the event, participants were given information materials with detailed information about vacancies, educational programs and contact information for communicating with company specialists.
