KTZ: work is available to everyone

The group of companies of NC KTZ JSC, as part of ongoing activities for the employment of people with disabilities, opens up new opportunities and helps people with disabilities find decent work, and the employer - the right employee.
According to the Development Strategy of NC KTZ JSC until 2032, one of the strategic goals is “Implementation of ESG principles”, the main objective of which is to create and maintain a corporate culture aimed at developing ESG practices, taking into account the company’s values and the needs of employees.

NC KTZ JSC, being a member of the UN Global Compact, continues to implement the principles of the conventions of the international labor organization in compliance with human rights, ensuring equality in employment, inclusivity and workforce diversity.

As part of the joint project of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the UN Development Program “Sustainable development of the social protection system: promoting programs for social integration and inclusion”, an
“Atlas of recommended professions and occupations for persons with disabilities” has been developed, which presents a list of recommended professions for persons with disabilities by type of disability.
