KTZ stand became the most visited at the International Silk Road Exhibition in Xi'an

NC KTZ JSC took part in the 8th International Silk Road Exhibition in Xi'an, where the company's stand became one of the most visited among transport companies. 

During the opening ceremony of the stand, which was attended by the leadership of Shaanxi Province and Xi'an City (PRC), Chairman of the Management  Board of KTZ Express JSC (a subsidiary of NC KTZ JSC) Damir Kozhakhmetov, on  behalf of NC KTZ JSC, spoke about the achievements in the transport and logistics  industry, especially emphasizing the development of cooperation between Kazakhstan and China. In particular, he dwelt in detail on the issues of cooperation within the framework of the One Belt - One Road initiative, the Kazakh-Chinese terminal in Xi'an and the significant growth of transit traffic along the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR).
 

- Our success is impossible without close cooperation and trust between countries and companies. TITR is one of the most important links in the Eurasian transport system and the success of the route is the result of our joint efforts. Since the beginning of this year, transit along the route has increased 20 times and in early September in Aktau we held a ceremony to send the 200th container train for 2024, which indicates high interest in the route and well-coordinated joint work. TITR allows us to deliver cargo twice as fast as sea transport, connecting China with Europe via the Caspian Sea, - noted Damir Kozhakhmetov.
