KTZ revealed theft of diesel fuel at Beskol depot

KTZ employees revealed cases of overconsumption of diesel fuel during monitoring of the work of train drivers at Beskol depot. The investigation materials were transferred to the Transport Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The criminal group was identified and detained by employees of the Transport Police Department together with the Main Transport Prosecutor's Office and KTZ.

During the pre-trial investigation, damage from theft of more than 16 million tenge was compensated in full. On November 11, 2024, the court sentenced the guilty parties.

KTZ continues to combat theft of diesel fuel, which poses a serious threat to the efficient operation of rail transport.
