KTZ revealed the fact of selling tickets at a private box office at an inflated price

KTZ continues its systematic work to combat with middlemen. Another investigation was conducted at the Almaty-1 railway station with the involvement of the public and the media, which revealed the fact of selling tickets at a private box office at a price twice as high as the established price.

During the investigation, the work of the private box office was suspended. The materials for the investigation were transferred to the authorized bodies.

Earlier, a fraudulent scheme for reselling travel documents was uncovered at a private box office at the Almaty-2 railway station.

KTZ has a zero-tolerance policy towards the facts of transporting passengers without tickets and illegal sale of travel documents.
