KTZ revealed damage during internal audits when writing off diesel fuel

As part of internal audits, the KTZ audit service in 2023 revealed damage to a self-propelled special rolling stock during an inspection of the Zhambyl track section. KTZ sent the materials to the DEI for the Zhambyl region. A pre-trial investigation was initiated on this fact, where KTZ was recognized as the injured party. During the investigation, the actual damage to KTZ was established, which amounted to 36 million tenge. It is expected that the criminal case materials will be sent to court.

KTZ has a zero-tolerance policy for any violations and systematic work is underway to prevent them.
